Our office
Address: 427/16, Near Rajiv Chowk, Gurugram
The office is close to Rajiv Chowk, one of the best known junctions in Gurugram. Please call before visiting so that we can confirm a time and make sure the advocate is available to meet you.
Before you call
A little preparation makes the first conversation more useful. Think about the main facts in order: what happened, when it happened, who is involved and what you want as the outcome. If a notice, summons or FIR has been issued, note the date you received it, because many legal steps depend on dates.
What to send on WhatsApp
If you message us, please send a short summary of the problem and clear photographs of the main papers. Depending on your matter, helpful documents include:
- Divorce: marriage certificate, identity proofs, details of children and any notices
- Cheque bounce: the cheque, bank return memo, agreement or invoice, and any legal notice
- Criminal: FIR copy, summons, bail papers and court orders
- Court marriage: age proof, identity and address proof, photographs
- RERA or HRERA: builder buyer agreement, payment receipts and correspondence
What happens next
After you contact us, we will review what you have sent, tell you whether we can help and explain what to bring to a meeting. If your matter has a deadline, such as a reply to a legal notice, a bail hearing or a limitation period, tell us at the start so that we can give it priority.
Matters we handle
You can contact us about divorce and family disputes, cheque bounce notices and complaints, bail and other criminal matters, court marriage registration, and complaints against builders before RERA and HRERA. If you are not sure which category your problem falls into, describe it in a few lines and we will help you identify the right legal route.
